Bianco's Italian Restaurant in Lawton
Contact: Rose Bianco, owner  580-353-9543

Her food is legendary in this part of Oklahoma, since Rose Bianco is the lady who introduced the City of Lawton to pizza way back in the early 50s. Many customers have memories of dining here with their parents or grandparents in those earlier days. If her authentic Italian cuisine was good enough for Tony Bennett... then maybe it's worth a day trip to Lawton.

We are on a roll now with this Italian food craze, so why not head to McAlester for the best Italian sausage you've ever tasted? This man could have been...should have been crowned the king of Italian sausage and he's been at it since 1948. His secret ingredient? Well it isn't all that secret...

Just a stone's throw away from Hugo State Park you'll find the Frisco Depot in Hugo, another fine example of a depot turned museum. Housed at this museum is a unique miniature circus, so real you can almost smell the popcorn and hear the ringmaster announcing the next act. This is a nostalgic salute to the four traveling circuses that call Hugo home.
